This is a really wild story.

In April 2000, some friends and I walked into a Victoria's Secret on Broadway and met Heidi Klum. The photos from that day are here. Today, the day after 9/11, I get this message. It is legit, I checked it out: a passerby in one of my pics was killed in the WTC, and his friend sent me this:

We were at a Victorias Secret shoot in Manhattan featuring Heidi Klum, who Joe adored. Recently I stumbled on your website featuring those pictures, and Joe is clearly standing in the window. The page is http://www.nycbp.com/special/heidi.html, and he is in the 3rd Heidi Klum page.

I assume your company owns the rights to this picture. Would it be possible to allow us to print this picture, and we could auction it off at the charity dinner. All money goes to his foundation, which offers scholarships to our former high school. You will see from the picture on the website we started for his foundation that it is clearly him. This would really mean a great deal to us.
