1. If you have a reluctant bachelor, don't push it. If he's uptight, don't try and make him do anything to force him. Or else it won't be cool. It ruins the whole show.

2. Get a professional and well-run private room or bar. It must have food, a good staff and bartenders. It must be well-supplied with booze.

3. Don't have your party at O'Flanagan's Old Irish Misty Pub with your grandpa at the bar and a back room near the ice machine.

4. When ordering liquor for an open bar know up front how much you'll get. Get an inventory! Tell the manager to tell you everything you're paying for.

5. Confirm everything one week in advance.

6. Collect money from people in advance - before they start drinking.

7. Rent a van, limo or party bus. You don't want anyone driving.

8. Do take care of the girls. Keep the entertainment happy. Tip them well. Don't fuck them over. Remember: A happy stripper is a good stripper; an unhappy stripper is not a good friend.
